Your Duties

The successful candidate will participate in all aspects of the interior design project from design, documentation and construction phases. The candidate will:

  • Be an essential part of a project team working on all phases of a design project from Schematic Design through Construction Administration.

  • Participate in all aspects of a design project from design, management, and delivery.

  • Provide programming and space planning analysis and area calculations.

  • Participate in furniture and finish selection and specification.

  • Develop and coordinate detailed design concepts and prepare design plans.

  • Have the opportunity to work on project types ranging from but not excluded to Multi-Family Residential, Workplace, Academic and Science & Technology.

  • Participate in Building Information Modeling through project design and documentation.

  • Contribute to firm-wide initiatives to help advance our project design, operations, and business development.

Your Capabilities and Credentials

We require:

  • Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience (with a preference in Retail Hospitality projects).

  • Completion of a Bachelor of Interior Design degree at an accredited institution.

  • Revit experience preferred and proficiency of SketchUp, InDesign and Microsoft Office.

  • Comprehensive interior design, communication, presentation and time management skills.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues in a dynamic and energetic environment.

  • A self-starter, pro-active attitude, attention to detail, a strong work ethic, punctuality
