This is a newly created graduate opportunity to join our HSSE group. You can be based in any of our following offices (Warrington, Newcastle, High Wycombe, Taunton or Reading).
In this new and exciting role, you will be supporting the development of the HSSE Human Factors Integration Plan, supporting the technical design services leadership team with improvements, and supporting the UK HSSE manager.
As a graduate you will be supported and nurtured through your professional development on the journey to chartership. You will be an integrated part of the UK and global developing professionals’ group which will build on and broaden your knowledge, skills and experience.
You are a self-starter and an excellent communicator, with an ability to build strong relationships and work well in a team. You will be curious and committed to your ongoing professional development and personal growth.
The skills and experience we look for in our graduates:
You will have achieved a 2:1 or above in Occupational Health and Safety Management, Human Factors, Organisational Psychology, or a related subject.
Experience in H&S Management and/or Human Factors field is desirable, but not essential.
