We are actively seeking a Senior Global Talent Acquisition Analyst that is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the day-to-day operations of the Recruitment Services function specific to applicant tracking system technology (BrassRing and Taleo), vendor and supplier job board databases and integration. You will partner with vendors and suppliers to create and maintain talent attraction related materials, as needed. You will be our trusted resource to develop and provide training support to all regional recruiters and consultants. It’s also important that you can provide independent research and documentation of Application Tracking System (ATS) changes, processes and procedures. You will collaborate with a forward-thinking recruitment team to provide advice and support on ATS technology, agency and process information within Human Resources and to external vendors that support Stantec’s recruitment.
Your Key Responsibilities
Develops custom recruitment information for job boards and postings. Liaises with local Talent Acquisition teams and marketing to support advertising on Stantec’s website, selected vendor websites and job boards produced within iCIMS.
Integrates other acquired company ATS systems. Partners with ATS vendor and other suppliers (e.g., Broadbean, LinkedIn). Coordinates application changes and updates including communication and education to respective stakeholders on updated versions. Provides advice and support to the broader Human Resources/Talent Acquisition team on ATS procedures and standards.
Collaborates with Talent Acquisition Consultants on the delivery of webinars and/or on-site training. Trains system users joining Stantec through Acquisition or Organic growth, to ensure integration of processes and systems. Designs, develops and delivers custom training for staff, as needed. Measures effectiveness of training programs.
Creates and monitors all documentation on the Talent Acquisition SharePoint site. Creates and monitors all recruitment processes and procedures documents. Remains abreast of current research and best practices in Talent Acquisition, applying appropriate applications/processes to improve outcomes.
Contributes to broader talent acquisition projects that involve process and technology changes. Provides a technical expertise and viability to proposed changes and leads any technology implementations. Partners with appropriate stakeholders in order to implement changes and address any change management.
Performs other duties of a similar nature and level as assigned.
Produces, analyzes and tells the data story utilizing recruiting metrics and reporting to be shared with HR management team and recruitment staff on total hires, current open positions, terminations, Affirmative Action and Employee Referral Bonus (ERB) payouts. Solicits information from recruiters for utilization in recruitment metrics reporting. Reviews and validates applicant tracking reports. Validates new hire, termination and turn-over quarterly reports, as directed. Partners with Compliance Manager to determine and compile Affirmative Action metrics and reporting. Conducts audits to ensure adherence to Affirmative Action/Employment Equity plans as requested by the Compliance Manager. Produces ad-hoc report requests.
Your Capabilities and Credentials
HRIS Systems (Oracle);
Engineering and architectural design consulting industry preferred;
Subject matter expertise of Applicant tracking systems (Taleo) and other HR technologies;
Stantec branding standards;
Internet web-based applications and e-recruiting tools (e.g., social media, LinkedIn);
Human Resources related jurisdictional laws, legislation, rules and regulations for North America and multi-national knowledge preferred; and EEO/EE regulations regarding hiring practices;
Bilingual English/French an asset

Education and Experience
A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field
5-7 years of experience; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time.
