We have an exciting, six-month-long Marketing Intern opportunity with our Pacific Region! The position calls for someone who is eager to learn, is flexible, and has strong writing skills and basic to advanced Adobe Suite (InDesign) skills. As part of our Pacific Region Marketing team, you will provide day-to-day support to help execute a wide range of marketing and communications activities.
Your Key Responsibilities
Work with the Pacific Region Marketing team to help support and maintain marketing system databases and other general marketing and communications support.
Support the development and production of proposals and statements of qualification.
Gather, edit, update, tailor, and/or format team resumes, project profiles, and other content.
Assist with proposal forms and prepare proposal packages for delivery.
Support the development of materials for conferences and industry events, community engagement activities, and general collateral and communications development coordination.
Your Capabilities and Credentials
Detail-oriented and organized with exceptional time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign), and web-based interfaces.
Must thrive and work collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.
Education and Experience
Completed or enrolled in post-secondary degree in business, marketing, journalism, communications, public relations, or an equivalent level of experience.
Experience in the architecture/engineering/consulting industry is preferred, but not mandatory.
