We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with the ability to work under minimal supervision, demonstrating professionalism, judgment and discretion. You must possess excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, and the ability to thrive in an environment with competing priorities. You will be expected to anticipate the administrative needs and proactively provide assistance.
Please note this position will be based in our project office located in Abingdon, VA.
Your Key Responsibilities
Supporting and attending to day-to-day administrative operations
Responding to external calls
General administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
Your Capabilities and Credentials
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one (1) year of professional administrative experience using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Excellent phone mannerisms
Excellent business writing and verbal communication skills
Excellent client relations skills
Ability to handle confidential information
