Your Key Responsibilities

This position is for full-time employment in Richmond, VA.

  • Preparation and data entry for offer packages, acceptance packages, and refusal packages

  • Preparation of proper reporting documents

  • Search on-line records

  • Tracking and data entry

  • Other duties as assigned

Your Capabilities and Credentials

  • Excellent organizationalskills

  • Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft (MS)Office Suite

  • Experience with research andcustomer interaction

  • Ability to pass a Virginia DOT(VDOT) background screening

Education and Experience

High School diploma or equivalent

Prior work experience in customer relations

Basic understanding and ability to read and interpret maps/construction/right of way plans

Right of Way experience (preferred)
