You will work with the business to prepare and aggregate detailed forecasts for which the role is responsible, and support the Group planning, budgeting and forecasting processes as required.

Your tasks will vary greatly from day to day and an important challenge will be to instil a culture of continuous improvement and lean management of key business processes, including integration with our offshore team to improve effectiveness and efficiency across commercial finance activities.

You will be a finance professional with experience of working in a similar large company environment, and a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) who has extensive experience improving controls, processes, and procedures in hands on, roll up your sleeves manner.

You will be an operationally and commercially minded qualified individual with strong experience in a professional services environment. You will be capable of high-level strategic thinking whilst also being able to roll up their sleeves when required to ensure smooth operation of key business processes across a diverse business portfolio. Good leadership skills, and ability to communicate clearly at different levels of the business are essential.

You will be strategic, change orientated, innovative, always seeking to improve. You will enjoy a dynamic and fast paced environment, working with high energy and resilience.

This is a unique opportunity to influence performance and play a key role in delivering continued profitable growth of the company.
