Your Key Responsibilites

The Raleigh office is seeking a Survey Intern who will assist the survey team in the completion of daily survey related tasks, which will include, but not be limited to:

  • Field work preparation and research

  • Assisting field crews in data acquisition

  • Field work assignments throughout the summer on local and remote sites

  • Field note preparation

Your Capabilities and Credentials

  • Collaborate with office and field staff

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Microsoft Office experience

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and effectively move equipment, and self, over uneven ground

  • Prior to employment, this position will require the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen

Education and Experience

  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent

  • Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather

  • Some travel required

Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.
