Your Opportunity

We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to reside in one of a variety of locations. The ideal candidate can be located at one of our offices in Denver, CO, Portland, OR, Bellevue or Spokane, WA or in one of our Alaska locations. This role will administratively assist our Client Services Manager in a $50M sales operation.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Client Managers and Regional Marketing leads with water and wastewater business development activities.

  • BD support will focus on the Colorado Front Range but could extend to the Western US including Pacific Northwest, Southwest, Northern Rockies, Alaska and Hawaii.

  • Provide strategy development support

  • BD activities tracking

  • Support marketing tracking database updates, coordination and reporting

  • Support client analyses and tactical action plan development.

  • Develop marketing materials - drawing on and expanding upon Stantec database material,.

  • Team resume updates and discipline-specific resume development

  • Assist in client-focused positioning activities

  • Actual preparation of proposals and SOQs - early engagement and execution

  • Proposal management (select pursuits)

  • Technical edits of MBD and technical documents

  • Liaise and develop rapport with Regional Marketing, Creative Services

  • Support Campaign Managers

  • Lead campaigns, as appropriate

Your Capabilities and Credentials

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative support position

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Must be a team player and able to work with a variety of personalities

  • Proficient in Microsoft suite.

  • Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to work within frequently changing priorities.

  • Must be willing and able to take initiative when needed.

  • Flexibility to learn new skills.

  • Ability to perform in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Typical office environment working with computers. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.
