Stantec Treatment is looking to strengthen their team with a Commercial Support for our @one Alliance (Anglian Water) joint venture framework.

The Anglian Water @one Alliance is a collaborative organization of consultants and contractors working together to deliver more than half of Anglian Waters capital investment programme. We will design and build around 800 schemes worth approximately £1.2billion. We design and construct water and water recycling (waste water) treatment centres that serve more than six million people in the East of England whilst maintaining and improving the water mains and the sewerage network in the region.

The main duties/responsibilities of the role will include:


•\tProvide administrative assistance to the contract and prioritise tasks effectively. Ensure tasks are completed in line with deadlines.

•\tCarry out administration duties as required or directed by the Programme Area Commercial Manager and / or Value Manager, providing commercial support for Alliance and partner home office functions, including as and where appropriate:

•\tEnsuring that GRN’s are actioned appropriately

•\tReceive and separate CCMS tickets from site, check codes on tickets

•\tInput / GRN CCMS tickets onto SAP system

•\tInput / GRN non CCMS tickets onto Home Organisation system

•\tWeekly completion of plant sheets

•\tCorrect allocation codes

•\tAction all scheme to scheme plant moves

•\tManage On/ off hires, damages and repairs

•\tMatch Internal plant invoices

•\tInput weekly direct labour timesheets and ensuring respective approval

•\tCo-ordinate / administer CATS timesheet system

•\tEnsure all monthly timesheets are input onto the system within the correct timescales

•\tMonitor and Chase late timesheet entries

•\tAction weekly check on unmatched invoices and clear for payment where possible or attempt to resolve query.

•\tClear old accruals

•\tAssist Value Manager in the reallocation of incorrectly allocated costs.

•\tMonitor and order stationary

•\tArrange for maintenance to be carried out on office equipment

•\tDistribute documentation received from Head Office and via postal service

•\tInput data to various software programs

•\tScan and log all holiday forms

•\tHandle telephone enquiries from staff and public

•\tUpdate and maintain weekly site management administration KPI’s

•\tManage the purchase card cost including material and fuel cards.

•\tEnsure the road fund tax licence is managed.
