Your Opportunity

Your role will be to provide fully qualified administrative support to our team.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional administrative, operational and project related assistance to the Management Team within the Water group.

  • Perform general office duties including, but not limited to: proof reading and formatting correspondence/reports, use of company templates and ability to customize them for a particular use if needed, assisting with proposal preparation, coordinating travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, organizing/maintaining office files, processing and preparing submittal packages.

  • Support Health and safety coordination efforts.

  • Performing/supporting project file audits.

  • Maintaining a well-organized electronic and paper filing system and overall record management.

  • Manage proposal pursuit information on the company Pipeline.

  • Adding and updating resumes on the internal company directory.

  • Project archiving/Records Management.

  • Ordering of marketing materials and office supplies.

  • Maintain and track active/closed project and proposal listings.

Your Capabilities and Credentials

  • Must possess strong organizational skills and experience with implementing process improvements for different administrative and operational tasks in the office.

  • Must possess excellent time management skills and be able to prioritize to meet tight deadlines.

  • Anticipate administrative needs of a busy group of staff and bring a sense of positive energy into the work environment.

  • Strong knowledge of office procedures and practices, with high proficiency in MS office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe.

  • Keen attention to detail with experience in proofreading and editing documents.

  • Ability to work with initiative, professionalism, and confidentiality, and able to work independently, multi-task and adapt to change in a very dynamic environment.

  • General interest/knowledge in civil design & construction is considered an asset.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma with minimum 7 years administrative and project coordination experience, preferably within a consulting company.

Position will primarily work in an office setting.
