As our workload on the AMP7 Water Cycle continues to grow, our Project Management team in Newcastle is looking for an experienced Major Projects/Programme Manager to support the Northumbrian Water framework.

As Project Manager you will be working closely with our technical and commercial teams as well as building close relationships with external and internal stakeholders. You will be delivering projects through Design and Construction stage and will ensure that they are delivered on time, to cost and of a high quality.

You will be joining a friendly & dynamic team, based in our fantastic quayside offices in Newcastle. This team has ambitious plans to continue its growth in the coming years, offering new opportunities for progression whilst supporting a fantastic framework team in Northumbrian Water.

About you

To be considered for this opportunity you will preferably be degree qualified (or equivalent) and have gained/be working toward Chartership with a relevant professional body. It is also desirable that you have or are working towards an appropriate Project Management qualification such as APMP.

Supporting a dynamic team, you will be responsible for delivering our client’s needs throughout the delivery stage of the project life cycle. You will be given the opportunity to work alongside our technical teams which will involve planning, working to stringent timescales and adhering to budgets. As well as this, working closely with the client on and off site will be required to ensure project delivery is assured.
