Stantec's New York City office is seeking Civil Engineers with 5 to 10 years of experience with preparation of design plans, specifications, construction documents and cost estimates for a variety of projects including: roadway reconstruction, public spaces, rail, transit and urban infrastructure.
Your Capabilities and Credentials
E.I.T. required/ P.E. preferred
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil3D, InRoads, and MicroStation
Experience with site planning, roadway alignment, grading and drainage, and utility design
Experience with the following clients preferred: NYSDOT, PANYNJ, Metro North Railroad, LIRR, TBTA, NYCT, NYC DDC/EDC, Private Real Estate Developers
Education and Experience
Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering
5 Years of Engineering experience
Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.
