Your Opportunity

We have a full-time position for a HSSE Data Entry Coordinator to join our Health, Safety, Security & Environment group based anywhere in North America. The ideal candidate will have outstanding administrative skills to help with data entry using Microsoft Access and SharePoint. This is an important role in which you present concise and quality data for our projects.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Working with a variety of office products, you will be responsible to complete the data entry for various HSSE forms.

  • Transfer information into a centralized database and coordinate with a team of HSSE practitioners.

  • Assess whether correct forms have been submitted and whether information is accurate and complete. Follow up and support as necessary.

  • Prioritize work and determine next steps and who needs to be notified based on the nature of each event.

  • Ensure quality and accuracy of work completed.

  • Produce and develop monthly reports.

  • Update documents and perform other program support activities.


Your Capabilities and Credentials

  • High level proficiency in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.

  • Experience in MS SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat is required.

  • Typing ability of 50 wpm.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

  • Exceptional ability to work in a team environment and present a flexible and adaptable approach to all tasks and assignments.

  • Must be highly organized, detail oriented, and capable of effectively multi-tasking, with a high degree of accuracy, in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must be willing and able to take initiative when needed.

Education and Experience

Five years’ related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and related experience. Related post-secondary education is preferred.

Position can work in an office setting or remotely from any location in North America.
