About the role:

Our established Melbourne Hydraulic section is seeking an Engineer to join our growing and successful team.

In this role you will manage several projects at any one time and service projects including those of relatively large size, of high complexity and with multiple clients.

Stantec are involved in a vast variety of project types including retail, health, office, residential, high rise, industrial, education etc. Experience working on health projects would be advantageous, however not compulsory.

Day to day tasks would involve:

•\tTechnically competent across key areas and demonstrated ability to manage technical risks

•\tAttend meetings and communicate clearly with clients and project team members

•\tKeep project lead informed as to project progress

•\tInnovating based on customer and industry requirements

•\tParticipate in design reviews

•\tSupport clients and internal customers on technical queries

•\tContribute to our company culture

•\tBring value to in-house design meetings

To be successful for this role you'll need:

•\tDegree qualified in an engineering discipline

•\tPrevious experience working in an Engineering consultancy environment

•\tDetailed knowledge of hydraulic systems

•\tExcellent written and verbal communication skills

•\tPositive, can-do attitude

•\tAbility to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines
