We are seeking a professional and dynamic project engineer to join our Water group in the Ohio Region. The Water group provides client-focused solutions in planning, design, bidding, and construction administration with treatment plants and linear utility projects. We also provide electrical and instrumentation, pumping equipment selection, as well as equipment and materials specification. The successful candidate will prepare planning and design documents, cost estimates, project drawings, and specifications in coordination with Project Managers, CAD staff and others; ensure project needs are met in a timely and effective manner; conduct technical analysis, complete studies, and generate engineering reports, assist with various construction phase activities; and participate in field work including construction observation activities.
Your Capabilities and Credentials
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering required
Engineer-in-Training/Engineer Intern certification desired
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Must have valid driver’s license
Desired Computer skills: AutoCAD Civil 3D
Prior experience (through internships and/or previous employment) in planning, design and construction administration of municipal water, sewer, and storm water systems (collection, distribution and/or treatment) desired
Experience in assisting with the planning and development of management plans and reports for water supply and distribution, wastewater collection and treatment and/or storm water projects desired
