Your Opportunity

Stantec is seeking to hire a Bridge Engineer with a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant bridge design experience to assist our growing Texas practice.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • All aspects of bridge design from preliminary engineering, PS&E and construction support services, including: structural analysis, detail designs, and quality control checks.

  • Additional duties may include assisting the Transportation Leadership with project pursuits and proposal preparation.

Education and Experience

BSCE - MSCE Structures (preferred)

Minimum of 10 years bridge design experience (preferably in Texas)

Experience utilizing TxDOT LRFD design, software, and AASHTO LRFD design manuals required.

Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain desirable

TxDOT Precertification or ability to obtain.

Strong verbal and written communication skills required.

Ability to work on multiple assignments independently and as part of a team.

Ability to utilize MicroStation.

Ability to build client relationships.
