About the role

  • Lead a team of Engineers, Technicians and Specialists in the delivery of needs assessments, studies and produce associated designs to enable the successful delivery of projects

  • Plan and monitor project delivery, manage third party liaison and statutory approvals, and hold responsibility for project performance

  • Co-ordinate multi-disciplinary activities and inputs by the project team, including specialist inputs, to ensure an integrated solution

  • Ensure solutions and the delivery process both satisfy the scope of works and provide value for money

  • Identify and manage program risk items, and ensure good technical governance procedures are followed

  • Build strong working relationships with clients, partners, consultants and contractors.

  • Contribution to the professional development of technical staff.

About you

To be considered for this role, you:

  • Must be a qualified Engineer

  • Will ideally be Chartered or a member of a relevant engineering institution i.e. ICE or working towards Chartership

  • Have an experienced level of leadership

  • Have exposure to successfully delivering studies and feasibility projects.

  • Have a background in Civil, Process, MIECA or another relevant discipline.
