Stantec is currently looking for a Mechanical Inspector to support on a Sewage Treatment Plant Project in Qatar:

• Experience in Pump Stations and large Sewage Treatment Plant projects

• Monitor and inspect the mechanical works and ensure compliance with the authority stipulated standards, and international standards

• Attend progress and technical meetings with the project team

• Responsible for checking the mechanical equipment and works executed and also assist in the review of the as-built drawings, and for conducting material inspection and site inspection tests etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum of 10 years experience of supervision of civil construction projects, of which 5 years shall be in works related to Pump Stations and Sewage Treatment Plant Projects

• Must have good command of English both written and spoken

• Computer skills are mandatory
