Stantec Customer Service Business Analyst in Doha, Qatar
MWH, now part of Stantec, is looking to hire a Business Analyst to support our Client's Asset Management Department in Qatar.
The Business Analyst will play a key role in providing technical analytical and reporting support together with Data Entry to Customer Services Section to improve understanding and awareness of business performance and facilitate better decision making.
•Prepare relevant business data and information using agreed processes, procedures and systems
•Ensure relevant data sets are complete, accurate and all information is input in time to allow accurate regular reporting
•Use agreed data collection tools for data analysis and management reporting
•Provide, produce, maintain and continually improve regular management dashboards and reports to support effective decision making
•Review collated business information to identify trends, anomalies and respond to ad-hoc queries for information
•Analyse and communicate data analysis findings to a range of stakeholders, using a variety of formats and different approaches
•Ensure data integrity is maintained and information is best used to improve business performance with a wide range of individuals, teams, Sections, Departments and Affairs
•Provide data and reporting solutions to operational and business issues
•Ensure adherence to Health and Safety Policy and Procedures within the workplace and comply with new work instructions
Customer Service Business Analyst
•Graduate in Computer Science; Business Management; Finance Management or equivalent
•Additional recognised qualification in area of business administration, finance, statistics or similar
Knowledge & Experience
•Knowledge of information systems, data collection tools and management reporting
•Competent to advanced level in Microsoft Office Packages essential
•Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a position carrying out analytical reporting
•Experience of presenting complex data in a simple to understand format
•Demonstrable evidence of repeated ability to interrogate complex data sets and spot trends
•Knowledge of working within the utility sector an advantage
•Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in Arabic would be an advantage
